A Notary Public who is a Certified Professional
Notary publics are essentially state government-appointed public officials, who have been screened and found as a persons of integrity. The best notary publics are able to handle both general notary work, loan signings, and a wide variety of complimentary services.
As a neutral official representative of the state, we certify that essential documents like power of attorneys, wills, prenuptial agreements, and real estate or property deeds are executed properly. We ensure the signers are exactly who they portray themselves to be and have the willingness to sign without intimidation or pressure.
As such, the parties involved can be confident that the document is authentic. We can also print regular and legal-size paper, scan/faxback, or drop the package at FedEx, UPS, or another service of your choice.

About Yvette
Yvette Brown
CEO, 302 Notary Services Plus LLC
Welcome to the profile of Yvette Germaine Brown, a notary public and loan signing agent commissioned in both the state of Delaware as well as the state of Pennsylvania. Yvette is also an accomplished expert in life insurance, health insurance, and Medicare Health consulting. Yvette holds a Master’s of Business Administration, and Management from Eastern University and has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry.
Yvette's work history is diverse, starting from a young age as a secretary at the West Philadelphia Community Health Consortium and earning an Associate’s in Fashion Merchandising from West Virginia State University. She went on to complete her Bachelor’s of Science, in Food Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University, where she worked hard to put herself through school until she accepted a Catering Administrator position at the Hotel Atop the Bellevue in Philadelphia, where she met her husband, Jesse Brown.
Yvette's passion for serving her community led her to spend six years as an Executive Assistant to Councilwoman Augusta A. Clark, who inspired her to return to school to earn her Bachelor’s and then her MBA. Yvette also interned with Fannie Mae Corporation, learning about Account Management and sales and marketing of mortgage-backed securities.
In 1999, Yvette started her insurance career as a Financial Services Representative with MetLife Insurance Company. She sold and marketed Life and Health Insurance and Fixed and Variable Annuities, holding a FINRA License Series 6/63 and Life and Health insurance licenses in PA and NJ. Yvette also spent ten years at Capital One, where she held positions in Consumer and Commercial Credit, including Credit Analyst and Fraud Verification specialist, ensuring the safety and security of the bank's customers.
Prior to banking and after leaving MetLife, Yvette spent four years in Education, working in the Philadelphia Public and Charter Schools as a teacher and teaching assistant. However, her passion for Medicare Health consulting led her to start working as a consultant in this field, which she finds enriching and rewarding.
Wanting to branch out on her own into a position where she could use all her previous experience, Yvette decided to become a Notary Public. Today, Yvette brings her experience as a verification specialist, Executive Assistant, and license insurance agent to serve the citizens of Delaware and Pennsylvania as a Notary Public, Notary Signing Agent, and Fingerprint Technician. Yvette is dedicated to using her diverse background to provide the best services possible to her clients.
